Double-Blind Comparison of Bradilan (Tetranicotinoylfructose) Tablets and Hexopal (Inositol Nicotinate) Tablets in the Treatment of Intermittent Claudication
A double-blind comparison of Bradilan (tetranicotinoylfructose) tablets 250 mg and Hexopal (inositol nicotinate) 500 mg tablets in the treatment of intermittent claudication in fifty patients showed that, using walking distance as the main parameter, Bradilan tablets were highly significantly more effective (p < 0.002).
