Abstract
Two patients with Rathke's cleft cyst with uncommon MR signals, hyperintensity on T1-weighted, and hypointensity on T2-weighted 3-D fast field echo (FFE) imaging are reported.
We suggest that this is due to high content of cholesterol or mucopolysaccharide, possibly combined with cell debris from the cyst wall.
