Abstract
When one considers the ratio of wheat to chaff in the material passing their way, book review editors may be excused for having the blues. And in such a funk, it is not easy to resist the temptation to lambaste those works which are plainly a waste of time, money, and paper. But it is probably wisest to let the losers sink from sight without comment and to accentuate the positive. In that spirit, reviewed below are a variety of items which the readers of this journal might appreciate as adding something to the art and science of public administration.
