Abstract
The work of state legislatures, the problems state governments face, and the administrative implications of state government are of great importance for a publication which intends to focus attention on the administrative scene of the Midwest. We have, therefore, assembled a group of six legislative correspondents who will report periodically on legislative developments in six state capitals. In this issue they analyze what to expect from the legislative sessions which just got under way.
