The purpose of this study was to describe female marketing educators and to measure their satisfaction with the profession. Survey results show the work styles of women educators differ depending on educational preparation: women with doctoral degrees were more research-oriented and women with master's degrees were more teaching-oriented. Both groups were generally satisfied with the profession.
