DECISION MAKER°, a microcomputer program for performing clinical decision analyses, has been extensively revised, allowing the analyst to perform far more complex analyses. A newly developed control structure permits the specification of both recursive decision trees and structural sensitivity analyses. The new program extends classical decision analysis and provides a language and representation for complex clinical problems. (Med Decis Making 3:39-43, 1983)
