Report on the IFLA Pre-Session Seminar on international issues in school librarianship, held in Caldes de Montbui, Spain, 15-20 August 1993. Summarizes papers dealing with the role of school libraries in developing countries, school library stocks, management issues and financial support, and country reports on the current school library situation. Includes the full text of the seminar resolutions.
