Summarizes the findings and recommendations
of a 1991 survey of higher education libraries in
Papua New Guinea. Six major libraries were
identified as the major building blocks of a
proposed Papua New Guinea Library and
Information Network (PNGLINET). The situation
of most other higher education libraries was very
poor.
