Information Development

Abstract

Information Development is a new journal for the international library and information pro fession. It aims to offer authoritative coverage of current developments in information work throughout the world, with particular emphasis on the needs and problems of the developing countries. In this respect, it aims to fill the gap left by the Unesco Journal of Information Science, Librarianship and Archives Admini stration (UJISLAA) which ceased publication in 1983.
