Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the structural relationships among students’ expectations, perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and their intention to continue using smart library services, drawing on the Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM). The participants were international students in Jiangsu Province, China, who utilized smart library services for academic purposes. Data was gathered through an online survey consisting of 15 items, yielding a total of 1022 responses for analysis. SEM-PLS and CB-SEM, along with cIPMA, are used to analyze the data. The results revealed that (a) higher satisfaction regarding expectations toward smart library services are positively related to the perception of enjoyment and usefulness, (b) perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a direct and positive influence on the reuse intention of these services, and (c) perceived enjoyment significantly influences the intention to continue using smart library services. The study concludes with a discussion of the implications of these findings and offers suggestions for future research.
