Abstract
A regular feature about the CDS/ISIS software package. Describes the contents of a UNESCO CD-ROM supplied to CDS/ISIS distributors. Summarizes the results of a UNESCO meeting on ‘CDS/ISIS Free Software Development’, held in Rome, Italy, 2 April 2001. Also discusses: some CDS/ISIS utilities available on the web; using the export facility in CDS/ISIS for Windows; compatibility of CDS/ISIS for Windows with UNIMARC; adding Windows programs to the CDS/ISIS menus; changing the colours of the record displays; security and ensuring authorised access to CDS/ISIS databases.
