The paper discusses the ramifications of managing diverse interests of stakeholders during change process. A case study of the United States International University library in Kenya is presented. The paper demonstrates that an all-inclusive consultative approach is an effective tool to exploit in order to reconcile stakeholders divergent beliefs, interests and aspirations during the change process.
