Abstract
Due to religious beliefs imbedded in our cultures, even in the twentieth century we are unable to see natural phenomena except as Creation. Whatever Creation means, scientific researchers are slowly revealing the manufacturing technique used in natural structures. During this century, research into natural structures has opened a new perspective on design rules. Within this context, I will describe my research on symmetrical and asymmetrical compounded space frames, tensile systems and development of topological shells.
