Abstract
This article looks at the present options of service provision for multiply disabled visually impaired people. In particular it looks at staff training as a key issue In quality service provision. The article details the objectives of the staff training in visual impairment awareness at seeABILITY. It concludes by highlighting the heterogeneous nature of the client group with a specific need for the visual impairment to be addressed comprehensively in any service provision.
