Visually Impaired Children: the need for a team approach

Abstract

Olive Cowen spoke at the Dartington Hall Workshop (November 1984), a report o f which appeared in the Spring 1985 issue of the BJVI: subsequently there was considerable discussion between her and the two specialist workers - Tom Fagan and Allan Mabert - in one local authority area to which her responsibilities extend. The problems which arose in their discussion are highlighted in this article.
