Abstract
The following is a summary of a seminar organised jointly by the Royal National Institute for the Blind and the Blind Mobility Research Unit, held at the University of Nottangham on 13 November 1984. Its aim was to bring together a number of specialists and rebabilitation workers to discuss a range of problems about which Mobility Officers and Course Tutors had expressed uncertainty. The speakers quoted in this article are all members of the Blind Mobility Research Unit, University of Nottingham.
