Mary Barker of Bristol University and Barbara Swyer of the Wessex Project, Winchester identify the short-comings in information-sharing and collaborative planning for community provision for mentally disordered offenders, as illustrated vividly by the inquiry into a fatal attack in London. They spell out the issues for improving practice and describe a current multi-agency initiatve in Hampshire.
