At a time when many teams are becoming more concerned about stress, pressures of work and increasing violence towards staff, most attention is focussed on inner city areas. Rural areas, like rural poverty, attract less notice despite increasingly demanding caseloads, fewer resources, decreasing services and the extra problem of distance. One small team describe how they tackled their traditional and static predicament and began to work as a collective.
