Abstract

The proposers of AGM Resolution 22 debate the advantages and drawbacks of wholesale specialisation, in the light of experience in a Probation Area which has pioneered this means of rationalising the workload. The implications for clients and staff are fundamental, and the authors remain agnostic and sceptical.
