Abstract
With the new era of probation and community rehabilitation it is important that existing practitioner skills, methods and initiatives are maintained and developed. This was a practitioner-led initiative aimed at enhancing the effective use of the supervision session in addressing offending behaviour, and highlights the importance of these approaches.
