This article provides data on the impact of drug treatment and testing orders (DTTOs) in West Yorkshire after six months. Measures of drug use, criminality, health and social situation are presented along with offender feedback. The discussion is intended to contribute towards an evidence-based debate on the future direction of policy and practice developments with regard to the improvement of the order.
