Abstract
This paper describes the results of studies of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation and a heterogeneous system (HS) where the relevant accounting interfaces are generalized. The results obtained have been used for the calculation of the dielectric loss in a matrix disperse system (MDS) consisting of an aggregate of SiO2 particles (particle size ∼10−7 m) covered with hydrate.
