In this paper the original results of the observation of low frequency atmospheric pressure fluctuations are presented The results have been obtained over the Pacific Ocean surface during the 17th expedition of the “Academician Nesmejanov” ship. The theoretical expressions for the degree law of the amplitude spectrum decrease and its connection with the wind velocity were found. Analysis of the experimental results was compared with the proposed theoretical model of turbulence. The spikes on the background of fluctuation spectra have been discovered.
