Abstract
The evaluation of vibrations affecting the whole body of man marks an area in which a number of aspects will have to be investigated further. Among those especially important are effects of vibrations on standing man and also the question of the effects of impulsive vibrations.
In the scope of the performed experiments the relation between exposure to and strain on the standing man have been investigated concerning sinusoidal as well as impulsive vibrations. For the aforementioned case an appropriate evaluation pattern will be presented Also in the field of impulsive vibrations, supplementary results were gained The basis of these tests were field investigations on working systems under impulsive vibrations which will also be described.
