Abstract
This article explores the emergence, early development and initial implementation of a five-step reflective co-facilitation method. The method is primarily intended for multicultural co-facilitators to consider the interplay of their identities in the co-unconscious, and the impact on their clinical practice. Employing reflective practice and autoethnography, a working example of the method demonstrates how reflecting on the co-unconscious can benefit clinical practice. Areas for development and limitations are also identified.
