Foams based on Phenolic and Urea-formaldehyde Resins Mixtures and their Applications for Heat Insulation of Pipelines. 4. Investigation of the Behaviour of Phenolic foams under Short-term Temperature Effects *
The relationship between strength properties and temperature of the curing process for foam is presented, as well as ageing of foam under short-term conditions. Thermo-oxidative stability of foam in air under different temperature-time conditions is studied. Deformation and shrinkage of foam were analysed, and thermal gravimetric analysis was applied to explain the behaviour of foam under short-term temperature loads.
