Abstract
The relationship between Bahraini 3rd and 4th graders' storytelling ability and each of their interpersonal and intrapersonal traits is reported in this article. To examine the existence of such a relationship, the DISCOVER process of assessment (Maker, Nielson and Rogers, 1992) was used. Results Indicated that there was significant relationships between students' storytelling and their personal traits. Additional statistical analysis revealed that 3rd grader were better storytellers than 4th graders. Based on these findings, the researcher recommended educational implications which might have impacts on similar students' linguistic and communicative competencies.
