In Gifted Education International Vol. 6 No. 2, an article entitled “A Global Curriculum”, was presented by A. Harry Passow who argued a very eloquent case for a curriculum which promotes peace and international understanding. This paper makes the point that it is not enough just to identify a problem. What is needed are practical ways in which teachers and parents can introduce an international curriculum. The world of international children';s literature provides one such way.
