Abstract
Initial data was collected on the attitudes, practices, knowledge of, and future planning of non-western or developing countries in the area of education of the gifted. The data from the survey instrument developed for this study (Baldwin, 1983) indicate a positive though tentative attitude toward education of the gifted as a concept.
