Abstract
This article describes developmental interactions with a group of female students at an Indian public school situated in a disadvantaged section of the community. Through a series of activities, the author makes an intensive effort to develop social giftedness in these students. The article describes various activities together with the author’s observations as a mentor and facilitator in the field. The qualitative changes in the students’ personalities are confirmed through a standardized personality test.
