Abstract
In May, 1998, a group of psychologists and pedagogues of the Private Technical University of Loja, Ecuador, was established in accordance to a common goal: Delving deeply into the study, advancement and development of the human learning-potential in order to contribute to enhancing the quality of life of the Ecuadorian population. On the basis of the three fundamental elements of the “productive university-scholarship”: Teaching, investigation and social services. This article outlines the development of the project.
