Abstract
Eunice Soriano de Alencar, PhD, is Professor of Education at the Catholic University of Brasilia, Brazil. Over the last 30 years, she has carried out research projects and published several books and many articles, especially on giftedness and creativity. She is an ex-President of the Brazilian Association for the Gifted, and Vice-President of the Ibero-American Federation of the World Council for the Gifted and Talented. She is on the editorial board of several journals in Brazil and abroad and is an honorary member of the Brazilian Council for Giftedness.
