Abstract
The changing lifestyles, education level and cultural innovations have made much difference in workplace. One major change, which this phenomenon has brought in, is the involvement of increased number of working couples in families followed by the trend to be in the same work place to earn their bread. The study tries to bring out the difference in performance, if any, that married couples working together can bring in an organization comparing with those working separately. The study explores the same quantitatively, by validating the performance score with the independent variables chosen. The study could help the manager of an organization to make an appropriate decision on whether to show a welcome sign to a husband and a wife to work together when such request comes in front.
