In the fast paced world of the 21stcentury, business as the management of business portfolios, leads to mergers, splits, redesigning, restructuring, finding synergies and achieving targeted values hinge on an effective executive. In such a climate, optimizing human and intellectual capital is the biggest challenge the organization faces.
The article focuses on the issues and concerns faced by the HR department of the organization nationally and globally, which is being triggered off by the changing scenario of the business environment.
