It is important for mobile phone service providers to understand their customer needs which keeps on changing with time. This paper endeavors to make a study on demographic factors affecting brand choice of customers and identified important aspects of mobile phone service which affect choice of brands. This study will highlight pertinent aspects which customer considers while making a choice.
