In this article the author says that Human Resources Development climate is unavoidable for companies or any organization with an eye on the future. He specially reflects the practical field survey of Chittaranjan Locomotive Workshop on HRD climate. He found that HR climate of CLW is booming but there are many special areas to be developed to achieve a global level of target.
