Abstract
Ethical standards for corporations are today acknowledged and ratified by several international declarations. These standards are closely linked to the new world-wide stress on corruption free governments. The ultimate source of both Business Ethics and honesty in government lies in the now internationally accepted Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
