Abstract
Beliefs about oneself are powerful determinants of performance. The present study was undertaken to identify the factors constituting the belief in one's occupational self efficacy. A standardized scale of occupational self efficacy was administered to a sample of 220 management students. It was then subjected to factor analysis.
