Abstract
The chairman of the Malta Drydoeks Corporation—Mr Sammy Meilaq—is contemplating on the strategies for turning around the Corporation which is ailing keeping in mind various factors such as the Corporation's experiment with workers' participation, unfavourable market conditions and tough competition.
