Abstract
While there is considerable OB research in India, major gaps still remain, feels Pradip N Khandwalla. The most glaring lacuna, according to him, is the low responsiveness of OB research to social realities and priorities. He also discusses other dark areas and concludes that it is useful to keep in view what practitioners want from OB, so that OB research becomes more responsive to client needs.
