Abstract
Over the years, various organizations have contributed for the development of entrepreneurs in India using the three-stage model — selection, training and follow-up. This model, however, is facing difficulties in various stages of its operations.
In this article, S Arumugam and V Sankaranarayanan suggest a new model — the Experiential Learning Model of Entrepreneur Development — which they feel is more suitable to develop innovative entrepreneurs.
