Abstract
At the second Seminar on Management Research held at the Indian Institute of Management. Ahmedabad, on January 19-20, 1978, a number of papers were read on workers' participation, behavioural aspects in industry, and action research. Five of the papers read at the seminar are reported and discussed here. Copies of the papers can be had from the Institute.
