Vascular complications associated with antineoplastic agents are being reported with increasing frequency. We report the cases of 4 young patients who developed myocardial ischemia after treatment with cisplatin-based chemotherapy. This suggests that cisplatin-based chemotherapy might cany the risk of acute or delayed serious cardiovascular events, which should be considered when chemotherapy is used as an adjuvant or when there are other known risk factors.
