Abstract
This analysis examines the content of the contemporary German asylum disputes, if a causative relation between immigration pressure and nationalist aggressiveness against foreigners exists at all, the extent immigration pressures are at all existent, what sort of positive policies and political reorientation are required to address the problems of aggressive nationalism; how to address the increasing inmigration pressures and whether asylum rights and immigration regulations offer at all the appropriate instruments to address the problems.
