Abstract
Program Description:
Adequate exposure in suspension microlaryngoscopy can be challenging. This miniseminar will review the principles of microlaryngoscopy and discuss the various techniques used to provide adequate operative exposure. Panel members will be from multiple institutions and training backgrounds and will share their combined experience. Case scenarios will be presented and operative techniques will be discussed. Audience participation will be solicited.
Educational Objectives:
1) Recite the principles and techniques of suspension microlaryngoscopy. 2) Prepare for difficult microlaryngeal exposures. 3) Employ a number of strategies to facilitate exposure and management of laryngeal pathology.
