Transformational leadership and learning are all about creating and providing opportunities for learners to make the most of their life opportunities in a world rich in information and technology. Developing teaching strategies to address these skills, however, is a complex, time-consuming, and challenging process. This may be the key leadership challenge of education for the next millennium.
