Programs for transition between the home and the elementary school, and between the elementary school and the middle level are readily available in the literature, complete with program design and activi ties. Programs to assist students in moving from the middle level school to the high school, however, are all but nonexistent. This lack of information hampers one of the most crucial moves that students make in their educational careers.
