Who will address the problem of violence in schools? Dealing with student violence is an unwelcome administrative duty, but it is a reality that cannot be ignored. Even though leadership theory appears far removed from daily routines, perhaps it is helpful to examine leadership theory before student violence happens. Is there a relationship between student violence and the principal's leadership behaviors?
