How can you develop and implement a schoolwide discipline program that empowers teachers and turns administrators back into instructional leaders; develop a faculty advisory that assists the principal in leading the school instead of "hounding" the principal; and develop leadership in teachers and students to improve the climate for teach ing and learning in your school?
