Abstract

Nipmuc Regional High School has totally restructured its school day, its culture, its curriculum, and the way it treats its professionals. The unique aspect of this plan is a powerful new idea called "flex time," which offers teachers a greater measure of control and flexibility in structuring their professional and personal lives.
